We are looking for a committed, experienced and skilled forklift driver to join our Green Mill team on night shift. This is a great opportunity to work in a highly skilled department based at our Colac site.

The tasks required for this position are loading and unloading of timber packs from our production area and placing into our storage areas. This position is also to ensure that all packs  are correctly strapped and scanned, and all paperwork is filled out accurately. We also require the successful applicant to locate packs of timber products according to required check sheets. 

This is a full-time position on night shift, working 9pm – 5am, Monday to Friday with full shift allowances applicable.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A current forklift license
  • Strong forklift competencies, skills and experience
  • Previous experience within the timber industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work alone and unsupervised
  • Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and wellbeing
