We are offering an exciting opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated leader to join our Yarram team as a Production Supervisor on our afternoon shift.

The position requires a suitably experienced Production Supervisor, who is committed to our people, their safety and continuous improvement of our product and processes. This position will support the site leadership team, driving site performance and contributing to the overall success of the business.

With a positive and mature attitude, the incumbent will lead daily activities with a focus on our employees. The successful applicant will be coordinating people and equipment to achieve high levels of safety, performance, equipment utilisation and quality.

Leading a team of approximately 15 people on an afternoon shift roster, it is preferred that applicants have previous experience in developing and leading teams and an unrelenting commitment to safety. Having worked in a manufacturing facility or industrial manufacturing environment is desired but not mandatory.

Our afternoon shift has an attractive shift structure being 1pm – 9:30pm from Monday to Thursday & 12pm – 6pm on Fridays.
