We are offering an exciting opportunity for an energetic and self-motivated person to support and lead production at our Caboolture site in our Green Mill. This is a great leadership position within a national business on day shift. We are building depth in our team and we are looking for future leaders to drive and be part of our growth. This position has been made available due to a development opportunity within our business of our previous Team Leader.

The position requires a person who is suitable qualified or has previous experience in leading high performing teams or is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will have previous experience in training and development of people, safety and continuous improvement of product and processes. The successful applicant will also contribute to the overall success of the business by focusing on quality and training.

With a positive and mature attitude, the incumbent will lead daily activities with a ‘hands on’ approach. This successful applicant will be coordinating people and equipment to achieve high levels of safety, performance, equipment utilisation and quality.

Leading a team of approximately 25 people, it is preferred but not mandatory the applicants have previously worked in a similar timber process manufacturing facility or industrial manufacturing environment.
